You have a product that you’ve already sourced, found the manufacturer but are looking for a better price, sample inspection or shipping/freight forwarding solutions.
STEP 2
We can discuss all your needs first to make sure we can help you and determine your needs. Once we’ve discussed all details and payment is completed, we’ll get started on your order right away.
You can either buy this package and fill in all the details on the form or contact us first if you have any questions.
STEP 3
Once we have figured out the most suitable supplier during our sourcing phase, we will finalize all requirements that you gave us with the supplier.
This process usually takes us 7 working days, sometimes less, depending on the complexity of your inquiry.
STEP 4
After 7 working days we’ll contact you with the results and report our findings. You’ll get a full quotation with the exact requirements of your project, pre-negotiated prices, standard freight forwarding arrangement & a personal recommendation.
You can either take it from here or you can hire us for sample checking or full service. On top of that we deliver two reference quotes of similar items in the market.

Once we have figured out the most suitable suppliers during our sourcing phase, we will finalize all requirements that you gave us with the supplier and negotiate the prices to get them as low as possible.
This process usually takes us 7-14 working days, sometimes less, depending on the complexity of your inquiry.
STEP 4
Once the final price quotations are ready, we arrange samples for Evaluation from the suppliers/manufacturers and consolidate them. Once we complete the evaluation, we’ll send you an evaluation report. If you want, we can then arrange for the samples to be delivered you so you can inspect them personally.
STEP 5
Once you’re satisfied with the results. You’ll get a full quotation with the exact requirements of your project, negotiated prices, certificate arrangement, customs and duty solutions, packaging arrangements, multiple freight forwarding arrangements, payment solutions & personal recommendations on different methods to reduce cost.
STEP 6
We’ll cooperate with you until the products have finally reached the destination.
